I was dx'ed with fibro in 1999 but have had it much longer. Once a pro photographer, the onset of serious FM symptoms caused my early 'retirement' from the biz. Now I mainly use the lighter digital equipment for the occasional photo shoot or project. In the process of applying for disability after an additional dx of HCV and it's a long, depressing fight to keep from losing my home during the wait. Especially when monthly med costs exceed $1000 and what little health insurance I have doesn't cover that amount annually.
